Combine this with the historically low interest rates of todays market, and you have a win, win scenario! So why not make the move when you can actually afford to do it? Just consider how many years of hard work it will take you to save just to cover closing costs?

 The right time to buy is when you can afford to buy! 

Your first step should be to select your new lender. With the ever changing mortgage industry, it would be a very good idea to carefully select your new "loan officer". You would probably want someone with extensive experience, and who has up to date information on new lending guidelines!

Your second step would be to contact the real estate agent of your choice!

Insist on an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.

Demand an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.
