Take advantage of this great buyer's market and today's rates. Invest in your future. Call me today to find out the benefits of becoming a homeowner!

Many folks agree that indeed it is a great time to buy the house of your dreams. Not only can you select the right location, but you can actually get the options you want! Prices have dropped considerably in many areas, and Sellers are anxious to negotiate and help you cover your closing costs, and in some cases do repairs to your taste! Combine this with the historically low interest rates of today's market, and you have a win, win scenario! Don't wait until "the experts" feel it is the right time, then it will be too late, simply because everybody else would want to make the move as well! So, why not do it when you can actually afford to do it? Just consider how many years of hard work it will take you to save to cover closing costs alone!

Also, don't forget to take advantage of the $8,000 federal tax credit available to first time home buyers, for homes purchased between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. Go to http://www.federalhousingtaxcredit.com/2009/faq.php for additional information.

The right time to buy is when you can afford to buy!

Your first step should be to select your new lender. With the ever changing mortgage industry, it would be a very good idea to carefully select your new "loan officer". You would probably want someone with extensive experience, and who has up to date information on new lending guidelines! I will gladly recommend a few trusted and tested mortgage loan officers, who have helped past clients, just ask me for it!

Your second step would be to contact the real estate agent of your choice!

Insist on an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.

Demand an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.

And finally, an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

Let's get together and talk about your home buying and/or selling plans. Call me at the office (301-933-0058) or on my cell phone (301-537-7063) or send me an e-mail (mruiz@mris.com), we'll set-up a time that is easy and convenient for you to meet.
